Lemon Law Marketing

Why lemon law only

Most agencies treat lemon law as a footnote.

We built the whole business around it. This is the argument, blunt, because you've earned blunt.

Every generalist agency pitch sounds the same because every generalist agency is the same. They did a dentist last month, a divorce firm last week, and now they'd like to learn lemon law on your budget.

Lemon law doesn't work like other practice areas. The consumer doesn't wake up wanting a lawyer. They wake up angry at a dealer who's "fixed" the same car four times. They search symptoms, not statutes. The word lemon comes late, after the repair orders have piled up and patience has run out.

The qualifying asset isn't a police report or an ambulance ride. It's a paper trail: repair orders, dates, mileage, days out of service. An intake specialist who asks "were you injured?" has already lost the case that was calling.

And the headline that converts isn't "free consultation." It's a statute. Under California's Song-Beverly Act, a prevailing buyer's attorney fees are paid by the manufacturer, so the consumer pays nothing out of pocket. Federal warranty law allows fee recovery nationwide. That single fact changes the ad, the landing page, the intake script, and the economics of the whole funnel. An agency that doesn't know it can't sell it.

So we made a choice: one practice area, done completely. The tools your future clients use, the eligibility checker, the buyback calculator, the documentation checklist, exist because lemon law consumers need them. The intake specialists ask about repair orders before they ask about anything else, because that's what qualifies the case. The reporting counts signed cases, because that's what pays you.

Could a bigger agency do this? Sure, the same way a Swiss Army knife can filet a fish. We'd rather be the filet knife. This is all we've done since 2020, behind the scenes for some of the largest lemon law firms in the country.

Who we're not for

Save us both the sales call.

One firm per market means we can't take everyone, and we shouldn't. If any of these describe you, the honest answer is no, and it's better said here than on a discovery call.

Still reading? Then see how the system runs or check whether your market is open.

  1. Firms that want a lead vendor.

We don't sell lists of phone numbers. If your model is buying leads and racing five other firms to the callback, we're the wrong partner. Our intake signs retainers; it doesn't drop leads in a spreadsheet.

  2. Firms that want to approve every comma.

We'll take your brand direction and your retainer terms seriously. But the system works because specialists run it: the ad copy, the tool flows, the intake scripts. If you need a committee vote on each headline, this will frustrate both of us.

  3. Firms shopping on price per click.

We don't compete to be the cheapest source of clicks. We compete to be the only source of signed cases in your market that isn't you. If cost per click is the metric, a generalist will happily sell you cheaper ones.

  4. Practices where lemon law is an afterthought.

We serve firms that want to own lemon law in their market, whether it's all you do or a practice you're building. If it's a page on your site you haven't touched since 2019, we can't manufacture the commitment for you.
